Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Raaz mobile application (the “App”), operated by Ain Technologies LLC, company registered in the Sultanate of Oman with CR 1597120 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The App is made available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App
• Use the App in any unlawful manner

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Ain Technologies LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Account Registration

Some features of the App may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The App allows users to upload financial documents such as bank statements in PDF or CSV format and other transactional information.

By uploading financial information, you represent and warrant that:

• The financial information belongs to you or you are authorized to provide it
• You have the legal right to upload and share such information
• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

The App processes uploaded information to generate financial summaries, analytics, and insights.

You acknowledge that financial data may contain sensitive information. While we implement reasonable security safeguards, no system can guarantee complete security.

5. License to Process User Data

You retain ownership of the financial data and documents that you upload to the App.

By submitting such information, you grant Ain Technologies LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store
• Process
• Analyze
• Reproduce
• Display

your uploaded information solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the services offered through the App.

6. Data Use and Personalization

Information provided through the App may be used to:

• Generate financial insights, analytics, and summaries
• Improve the functionality and performance of the App
• Develop aggregated and anonymized insights about usage patterns
• Provide personalized recommendations, offers, and promotions

Personalized promotions may be generated based on patterns identified in your financial information or usage behavior.

These promotions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice or recommendations.

7. Aggregated and Anonymized Data

We may create aggregated or anonymized datasets derived from user information.

Such datasets do not identify individual users and may be used for:

You acknowledge and agree that:

Nothing within the App constitutes:

10. Regulatory Status

The App is a financial information and analytics tool only.

Ain Technologies LLC is not a bank, financial institution, investment advisor, broker, or licensed financial services provider.

• Does not hold or manage customer funds
• Does not execute financial transactions
• Does not provide regulated financial services
• Does not guarantee financial outcomes

Any insights, analytics, or promotions displayed through the App are informational in nature and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice.

Users remain solely responsible for their financial decisions.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload fraudulent or misleading financial information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App
• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

• The content or policies of third-party websites
• Services provided by third parties
• The availability or reliability of external services

Access to third-party services is at your own risk.

13. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the App, you grant Ain Technologies LLC the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

All software, content, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with the App are owned by or licensed to Ain Technologies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

16. App Store Terms

If you download the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content
• Your use of the App must comply with the applicable store terms of service
• Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms

17. Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of financial insights
• Continuous availability of the service

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ain Technologies LLC, its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the App.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Decisions made based on information or insights generated by the App
• Errors or inaccuracies in uploaded financial information
• Losses related to third-party promotions, products, or services
• Interruption or unavailability of the App

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ain Technologies LLC, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Information or documents you upload to the App
• Your interaction with third-party promotions or services

21. Account Termination and Data Retention

You may stop using the App and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses risk to the App or other users
• We are required to do so by law

Following account termination, we may delete, anonymize, or retain user data as required for legal, regulatory, or operational purposes.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations if such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Infrastructure failures

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be made available within the App or through the app stores.

Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
